CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy At Looksbyashleigh, your time is valued, and I strive to provide all clients with the best service experience. In order to do this efficiently, please review the following policies regarding cancellations and missed appointments: Cancellations: uh Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time to offer your spot to another client. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a 50-100% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, it will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may be required to pay a deposit to rebook future appointments. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late fee or partial service may apply depending on the time remaining. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments. This will go toward the cost of your service. Loyalty & Flexibility: I truly appreciate my regular clients and understand that life happens! If you’re a repeat client with a good attendance history, I may offer more flexibility on cancellations or reschedules when possible.
