Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointed time in order to avoid a fee. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours, but before 12 hours, will result in 50% fee of your missed appointment. If a deposit was made, your deposit will be forfeited and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Appointments that are cancelled less than 12 hours prior to your appointed time will result in 100% of your missed appointment. If a deposit was made, your deposit will be forfeited and NON-TRANSFERABLE & you will be required to pay a new deposit. NO-SHOW appointments are required to pay 100% of your missed appointment in order to reschedule. Due to the nature of our services, there are NO REFUNDS. PLEASE NO EXTRA GUESTS *Cash Preferred
